Questions

Parts Counter FAQ

Do you ship trailer parts?

No. Parts are picked up at the counter at 2601 SE Evangeline Thruway in Lafayette, or installed here in the shop. That keeps prices honest and means you get the right part the first time.

How do I know which hub, bearing or brake assembly I need?

Bring the old part, or text us a photo of the axle tag or the VIN plate on the trailer tongue. The axle rating (3,500, 5,200, 7,000 lb) and the wheel bolt pattern tell us the rest.

Do you have it in stock right now?

Call or text 337-504-3820 and we'll check the shelf while you're on the line. Common bearings, seals, brake assemblies, plugs, lights, jacks and couplers are usually here; anything else is ordered and in the building in 2 to 5 business days.

Can you install the part for me?

Yes. The service bays are right next to the parts counter. Quick jobs like a plug, a light or a jack are often done while you wait; bearings and brakes are usually same day or next day. Request a service appointment.
