Service Department
Brakes, bearings, lights, tires, decking, welding. The shop sits right next to the lot on the Evangeline Thruway, and it works on trailers we sold and trailers we didn't. Bring it by, or book a day below and we'll have a bay open for you.
What We Fix
Utility, enclosed, dump, gooseneck, equipment, car hauler, food trailer, homemade — doesn't matter who built it or where you bought it.
Electric brake assemblies, magnets, drums, breakaway switches and batteries. We'll tell you if it's the trailer or the controller in your truck.
Repack, new seals, new bearings, full hub swaps. Hot hubs or grease on the inside of the wheel? Don't pull it again until we've looked.
Dead running lights, one turn signal, a 7-way plug that only works when you jiggle it. We chase the fault instead of guessing.
Mount, balance and replace trailer tires and wheels. Dry-rot checks before you go out of town.
Treated wood deck boards and plywood floors replaced, board by board or the whole thing.
Bent ramps, sagging gates, broken springs and hinges, rear door latches on enclosed trailers.
Tongue jacks, drop-leg jacks, couplers that won't latch, safety chains, gooseneck couplers.
Cracked tongues, broken crossmembers, fender mounts, tie-downs and D-rings, stake pockets.
Going far or hauling heavy? We check bearings, brakes, tires, lights and the coupler in one visit so you don't find out on I-10.
Pricing depends on the trailer and what it needs, so we don't post a flat rate sheet. Call or text for an estimate — we look at it first and tell you the number before any work starts.

Questions
Yes. The shop works on any make and any brand of trailer, whether it came off our lot or not. Utility, enclosed, dump, gooseneck, equipment, car hauler, food trailer, homemade — bring it by.
It depends on the trailer and what it needs, so we don't publish a flat price list. Call or text 337-504-3820 or bring the trailer by the shop at 2601 SE Evangeline Thruway and we'll look at it and give you an estimate before any work starts.
For most trailers around Acadiana, once a year or every 10,000 to 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. If the trailer goes in the water at the boat launch, sooner. Hot hubs after a short pull, grease slinging on the inside of the wheel, or a grinding noise mean stop and get them checked now.
An appointment gets you in faster, and you can book one on this page or by phone. Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Friday 8 to 5 and Saturday 8 to noon. Quick jobs like a light, a plug or a tire can often be done while you wait.
